RewindexPrivacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Rewindex app handles and how. Rewindex works without accounts, and the information it keeps stays on your device.
Information stored on your device
- Your Lab settings, such as the asset, template, window and cost settings.
- Saved runs: the inputs and summary figures of tests you start.
- Cached daily prices, so tests open quickly.
This information isn't sent to us. Removing the app deletes it, and Settings lets you clear the price cache or delete runs.
Market data requests
To show prices, the app requests public market data from CoinGecko (asset list, market figures and logos) and from Coinbase Exchange's public market data service (daily candles). These requests name the asset being looked up. As with other internet requests, these providers receive your device's IP address and basic technical details of the request, which they handle under their own privacy policies. The app doesn't send your saved runs or settings to them.
What we don't do
- No accounts, sign-in or exchange connections.
- No advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs.
- No sale or sharing of personal information.
Contacting us
If you email us, we receive your email address and what you include in your message, and we use it to reply. We delete support emails when they are no longer needed.
Children
Rewindex isn't directed at children and doesn't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
